ControlSpace Remote Client3.1.18 - App Store

PLEASE NOTE: This application ONLY works with Bose Professional Networked Systems.

Designed for end-user control of audio systems using Bose(R) Professional networked products, the ControlSpace(R) Remote app provides intuitive and personalized wireless control for increased convenience and utilization of installed sound systems.

The app provides the ability for custom controls, backgrounds, and images and support for the following system functions:
. Volume/mute, Source selection, tone control
. Parameter set control
. VoIP and PSTN dialers
. Conference Room Router control

For advanced users, such as facility managers, collections of control panels can be displayed as logical groupings which mimic specific zone arrangements in a facility.

ControlSpace Remote app must be configured by a certified Bose Professional system installer using ControlSpace Remote Builder, a PC software application (available on pro.Bose.com) where installers design, test and deploy control panels to mobile devices.

I. Displays device specific information including: network info, standby status, auto-standby status, backup strategy, active source, output signal presence, clipping, limiting, temperature, warning, and fault info.

Fixes
1. Connection indicator now changes colors depending on connection status:
a. Red: CSR cannot connect to any devices in its configuration.
b. Yellow: CSR is not connected to one or more devices in its configuration, or a device in its configuration does not have any controls in CSR.
c. Green: All devices in CSR's configuration are connected and communicating.
2. Fixed alignment of elements in "About ControlSpace Remote" window that were cut off on some screen resolutions.
3. Improved loading speed of designs with a large number of meters.

1. Migrated code language from Qt 5 to Qt 6. Due to discontinued support for some features in Qt 5, updating to Qt 6 was required.

Known Issues, Defects and Limitations
The following are the known issues and defects with this release. Information included here can be useful when troubleshooting issues with software or hardware operation.
•It is not possible to end a VoIP call with CSR when the Far End is in a “Hold” state. 2.9 03/26/2020 This release of ControlSpace Remote software adds support for the following new features:

This release of ControlSpace Remote fixes various issues including:
•Gain min/max values were not being saved and applied properly in CSRBuilder 2.6.
•Group Selectors were unable to be controlled on mobile device but were working in CSRBuilder
•PowerShare did not update Remote app IP Address on in CSRBuilder.

•Volume up / down buttons that can be used instead of a fader for volume control

•Changing the names of the AmpLink channels within CSD did not update the level slider labels within CSR

This release also contains the following defect fixes:
CSR can now reload a .csp file updated in CSD without affecting the project.  Things like additions, deletions, and renaming are handled as you would expect.  Controls update automatically for things like name changes.
Minimum size for controls (15 height and width).  Prevents users from accidently sizing controls so small they can’t be found and selected. 
Close the .csp file when the user chooses “New Remote App File”.
